Located in downtown Camp Verde, the park is home to a well-preserved Indian War fort used from 1865 to 1890. Visitors can step inside three historic houses complete with 1880's furnishings and interpretive exhibits on military life, Indian scouts and Indian war history in the fort’s former administration building.
